We recently worked with Libbie to sell our home, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, Libbie was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She took the time to understand our needs and made the selling process smooth and straightforward. Libbie was great at pricing our home competitively, ensuring we attracted the right buyers without overpricing. She also provided helpful staging advice that truly made a difference in how our home was presented. Communication was key throughout the entire process, and Libbie always kept us informed with regular updates. She was quick to answer any questions and addressed any concerns we had promptly. What stood out the most was Libbie's commitment to getting us the best deal. She negotiated skillfully and ensured we were comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to her expertise and hard work, we were able to sell our home for a great price. We highly recommend Libbie Rector to anyone looking to buy or sell a home—she's a dedicated and trustworthy realtor who goes above and beyond for her clients.
